Designed and constructed new data center facilities in an existing four story building which entailed demolition, concrete, masonry generator enclosure, new walls, acoustical ceiling, raised access flooring, resilient flooring, doors/frames/hardware, painting, air conditioning ductwork, “dx” piping, eight computer room a/c units, UPS system, three power distribution units, generator set, automatic transfer switch, new main electrical service, fire suppression system, pre-action sprinkler system, water detection, site monitoring and electrical.

Design consultation and construction of new data center for this major museum, including doors/frames/hardware, walls, acoustical ceiling, painting, raised flooring, dual power distribution & UPS systems, surge suppression, monitoring system, water detection, pre-action sprinklers, exhaust system, redundant air conditioning system, chilled water system and electrical.

New Telecom Switching Center (13,000 sqft)
Constructed new telecom switching center in existing six story building which entailed demolition, concrete, masonry generator enclosure, structural steel, new walls, acoustical ceiling, raised access flooring, resilient flooring, window tinting, doors/frames/hardware, painting, air conditioning ductwork, condenser water piping, cooling towers, twelve computer room a/c units, three UPS units, one –48 volt DC UPS system, cable tray system, generator set, automatic transfer switch, new main electrical service, fire suppression system, pre-action sprinkler system, water detection and electrical work.

Emergency Generator & UPS Systems for Regional Distribution Facilities
Installed new emergency generator & UPS systems for regional distribution warehouses included concrete pads, power distribution, UPS, emergency generator sets and electrical.

Designed and constructed a new regional distribution warehouse including a computer room with new walls, new acoustical ceiling, raised flooring, resilient flooring, carpeting, doors/frames/hardware, painting, cabinetry, two rooftop package air conditioning units, ductwork, air distribution, plumbing, fire sprinklers, UPS equipment, power distribution, generator set and miscellaneous electrical.

Expansion/Modification of Transaction Services Center (40,000 sqft)
Expanded and modified existing transaction services center inside an existing office building which entailed a new concrete block generator and water tank enclosure, new building entrance, new walls, new acoustical ceiling, raised flooring, static dissipative flooring, doors/frames/hardware, painting, cabinetry, cooling tower, air conditioning ductwork, fourteen computer room a/c units, condenser water piping, plumbing, water storage tank, pre-action sprinklers, fire suppression, four power distribution units, two UPS Systems, one generator set, four new automatic transfer switches, distribution panels and electrical work.
Higher Education
Remodel Computer Room (2,000 sqft)
Design consultation and construction to upgrade existing data processing facilities for this major university. Project included replacement of entire raised flooring system, air conditioning units, power distribution units, new UPS equipment and a new emergency generator system, all while maintaining ongoing operations in the facility.
